خَفَاءٌ

Also A thing that is unperceived or imperceptible [&c. (see خَفًا)] by one; unapparent, or not apparent. [latent, or obscure,,] to one; or hidden, or concealed, from one. (TA.) A secret: so, according to some, in the phrase بَرِحَ الخَفَاءُ mentioned above: see 1, in the former half of the paragraph. (TA.) And [in the same phrase, according to some,] Low, or depressed, ground. (TA.)
