مُعَارَمَةٌ

The contending in an altercation, disputing, or litigating; and occasioning فِتْنَة (i. e. conflict, or discord, or the like,) with another; synonym مُخَاصَمَةٌ; and مُفَاتَنَةٌ. (TA.)
