دَبُوبٌ

A she-camel that can scarcely walk, by reason of the abundance of her flesh, and that only creeps along, or walks slowly: (S:) plural دُبُبٌ. (TA.)

دَيْبُوبٌ: (T, K: *) or the latter signifies (assumed tropical:) one who calumniates, or slanders, much, or habitually; as though he crept about with calumnies, or slanders: (M:) or (assumed tropical:) one who brings men and women
together; (T, M, K;) because he creeps about between them, and hides himself: (T:) i. q.
