مَا بِالدَّارِ دُبِّىٌّ

and دِبِّىٌّ There is not in the house any one: (S, M, * K:) دُبِّىٌّ being from دَبَبْتُ; i. e. مَنْ يَدِبُّ; and it is not used in any but a negative phrase. (Ks, S.) [See also دِبِّيجٌ and دِبِّيحٌ.]
