فَرْجَةٌ

It is said in the T, that أَدْرَكُوا القَوْمَ عَلَى فَرْجَتِهِمْ or فُرْجَتِهِمْ occurs in a tradition as meaning على هزِيمَتِهِمْ [i. e. They overtook the people, or party, in their state of defeat]: but it is also related as with قاف and حاء [apparently قَرْحَتِهِمْ]. (TA.)
