The plural is مَنَاكِيرُ, [which is also a plural of مُنْكَرٌ,] according to Sb, who mentions it because, according to rule, the plural of a singular of this class is formed by the addition of و and ن for the masculine, and ا and ت for the feminine (Abu-l-Hasan, TA.)
