سَجَلَ المَاءَ

, (S, K,) verbal noun سَجْلٌ, (TA,) He poured out, or forth, the water, (S, K, JM, TA,) continuously. (JM, TA.)

Hence, سَجَلَ القُرْانَ He read, or recited, the Qur'an continuously. (JM. [See also سَحَلَ.])
