[One says also, دوّر الارَاءَ فِى أَمْرٍ and ↓ ادارها (assumed tropical:) He turned about, or revolved, thoughts, or ideas, or opinions, in his mind, respecting an affair: like as one says, قَلَّبَ الفِكَرَ فَى أَمْرٍ.]
