رَجُلٌ رَوَّاءٌ

A man whose habitual work, or occupation, is the drawing of water by means of the رَاوِيَة [q. v.]: you say, جَاءَ رَوَّاءُ القَوْمِ [The people's habitual drawer of water by means of the راوية came]. (T.)
