And Present; ready; (Msb;) not delayed; (PS;) [applied to a price, hire, payment, or the like;] opposite of اجِلٌ; (S, O, K;) as applied to anything. (K.) عَاجِلٌ بِعَاجِلٍ [Ready merchandise with ready money] is like نَاجِزٌ بِنَاجِزٍ, and يَدٌ بِيَدٍ. (TA in article نجز.)
