سَلْمَى

A certain plant (K, TA) which becomes green in the [season called] صَيْف [apparently here meaning spring]. (TA.)

أَبُو سَلْمَى The [species of lizard called] وَزَغ: (K:) or, some say, [as is said in the M,] ↓ أَبُو سَلْمَانَ. (TA.)
